Ress Life Investments A/S amends investment guidelines
Ress Life Investments A/S and Resscapital AB have resolved to amend the investment guidelines for Ress Life Investments A/S with effect as of 1 July 2017.
Once effective, the amendments to the investment guidelines will allow Ress Life Investments A/S to invest directly in life settlements and securities linked to longevity, as opposed to today where Ress Life Investments A/S primarily invests all of its assets in securities issued by Ress Life Sub Fund, a specialised investment fund (SIF) in Luxembourg exclusively investing in life settlements.
