TECO Group AS, a company controlled by Mr. Tore Enger, the chairman of the board of Scanship Holding ASA, has on 7 May 2017 agreed to sell 31,500,000 shares in Scanship Holding ASA. Following completion of the transaction, TECO Group AS holds 3,500,000 shares in Scanship Holding ASA, equal to 3.66 % of the outstanding shares in Scanship Holding ASA.
TECO Group AS does not hold other rights to shares in Scanship Holding ASA.
