Director of Operations for Phoenix, CJ Young, was the sole recipient of the first annual Organizational Leadership award in March. The award was presented to CJ at a national conference in which 600 of his peers, who nominated him for the achievement, were present.
To commemorate his remarkable leadership and national client development achievements, he left the conference at the Gaylord Texan Hotel as the owner of a 2017 Mercedes C43 AMG Coupe. During the award ceremony, CJ was also presented with a $157,000 over-ride check for his associate training initiatives.
When asked about the moment in which the award was presented, he explained, “It was an incredibly humbling experience. Knowing that I am part of a thriving and motivated group of entrepreneurs, who have the desire to award hard work and perseverance is incredible.”
Momentum continued to climb as Phoenix associates and executives gathered for another annual conference in Texas nearly a month later. Team supervisors, including Charles Darden, Deon Gamble, Aaron Zacks, and Austin Thompson accompanied CJ to the meeting on a united front.
