Purchase of shares for cancellation
Hargreave Hale AIM VCT 2 plc announces that on the 24 May 2017 the company purchased 76,779 Ordinary shares at a price of 112.21 pence per share for cancellation.
Following the purchase and cancellation of the above shares, 44,015,685 ordinary shares of 1p each will remain in issue.
