SAN RAMON, Calif., June 01, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- vCom Solutions, the leader in technology management as a service (TMaaS) announces the expansion of its investment in a Software Adoption Team (SAT) focused on customer success. SAT’s role will provide one-on-one support, resources and group training on how to use the full power of the software, leveraging every aspect of IT lifecycle management from automation and business intelligence to contract and budget management.
The software adoption team will work closely with customers on customization and enhancements. Dedicated specialists will lead online training and certifications for power users, and conduct on-site training and onboarding in collaboration with other departments across vCom. The SAT team will be debuting vCom’s latest 7.1 release of vManager with a user certification event on June 8th at its headquarters in San Ramon.
As vCom continues to enhance its cloud-based software, vManager–for wireline, mobile, collaboration and cloud areas of spend–SAT will be instrumental in rolling out new capabilities within these technologies to customers. Customers will gain deeper insights into their IT spend to help them optimize costs and manage their technologies effectively.
