FORT WORTH, Texas, June 02, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- KMG (NYSE:KMG), a global provider of specialty chemicals, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share. The dividend is payable June 23, 2017 to shareholders of record June 13, 2017. As of May 31, 2017, there were approximately 12 million KMG common shares outstanding.
