As an ITAD (Information Technology Asset Disposition) provider, OEM’s primary responsibilities to Dell EMC customers across Canada include:
- Onsite removal and logistic requirements for end-of-life IT equipment
- Directing a full audit of equipment, including serial numbers and tracking of equipment ensuring indemnification for the client
