Catalogic Software Brings Message of Copy and Dev-Test Automation to Pure//Accelerate

WOODCLIFF LAKE, NJ--(Marketwired - Jun 7, 2017) - Catalogic Software, the leading provider of software-defined copy data management (CDM), today announced that its technical director, Prashant Jagannathan, will be speaking at Pure Storage's Pure//Accelerate 2017 conference, to be held June 12-14th in San Francisco. Catalogic Software is presenting a session to be held on Wednesday, June 14th at 11:15 am: "Oracle and SQL Server Aware Snapshot and Replication Copy Automation for Pure Storage" where Prashant will be joined by Pure Storage's Alex Infanzon to discuss how Catalogic provides simple snapshot, clone and replication management for complex database environments running on Pure Storage, including Oracle RAC and ASM. A live demo is included at this session where use cases to be discussed include automated protection and rapid database recovery, distribution of zero-footprint Dev-Test copies, user self-service portal, and DevOps tool integration (Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, etc.).

Catalogic will have many technical gurus on hand and multiple solution demos in Booth #2.
