Dexia Credit Local decided to issue on 15 June 2017 - GBP 25,000,000 - Floating Rate Notes due April 2019 guaranteed by the States of Belgium, France and Luxembourg to be assimilated to the GBP 108,000,000 issued on 4 April 2017, to the GBP 25,000,000 issued on 13 April, the GBP 16,500,000 issued on 19 April, the GBP 100,000,000 issued on 21 April 2017, the GBP 10,000,000 issued on 7 June 2017 and the GBP 30,000,000 issued on 13 June 2017.
The Information Memorandum dated 5 July 2016 relating to the Guaranteed Euro Medium Term Notes Programme benefitting from an unconditional and irrevocable first demand guarantee by the States of Belgium, France and Luxembourg and the supplements to the Information Memorandum dated 19 August 2016, 17 November 2016, 5 January 2017, 23 February 2017 and 4 May 2017 approved by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange are available on the website of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (www.bourse.lu), at the registered office of the issuer: Tour CBX La Défense 2 - 1, Passerelle des Reflets - TSA 92 202 - 92919 La Défense Cedex, France, and at the office of the Paying Agent.
