TTS Group ASA: Options granted to leading employees

In accordance with the resolution in the ordinary annual general meeting held 1 June 2017, the Board of TTS Group ASA has allocated the following number of share options to leading employees:

Toril Eidesvik, CEO: 300 000

Leiv Kallestad, CFO: 170 000

Björn Rosén, EVP RCN: 150 000

Holger Elies, EVP CBT: 150 000

Rolf-Atle Tomassen, EVP SYS: 150 000

Trond Larsen, EVP SER: 150 000

Lennart Svensson, SVP Sales: 40 000

Mette Harv, SVP Project Management: 80 000

Mark Bakelaar, Chief Digital Officer: 80 000

The exercise price for the options is the closing price on 22 June 2017.
