Joint stock company “Latvijas kuģniecība” (LSC) has received notification from Giovanni Fagioli about his resignation from the position of the member of the Supervisory Council in consideration of the recent sale of all LSC shares indirectly owned by him.
LSC Supervisory Council will continue to work in composition of nine members till the next shareholders meeting.
