Knowles will leave his current role as Senior Vice President and Partner at Security 1st Title to lead existing Select Homes Team Real Estate partners Grant Farha, Adam Bailey and Brian Brundage as Kansas’ largest real estate team enters a new chapter of growth and performance.

Brandon Knowles is leaving his role as Senior Vice President and Partner at Security 1st Title and will begin his new role at Select Homes Team Real Estate effective immediately. Knowles brings over 18 years of experience in real estate, having acquired Guardian Title in 2000 and growing it from four employees to more than 30 before selling to First American Title in 2005 and operating the combined company through 2009 when the management team acquired First American Title’s branches in 8 Kansas counties and rebranded the company as Security 1st Title. Knowles has helped lead and operate Security 1st Title since 2009 as it has grown into more than 50 branches in Kansas with over 300 employees.
The investment group also includes Kerrie Knowles-DuPont and Brent DuPont, who bring growth capital and extensive real estate industry experience. Kerrie Knowles-DuPont is well-known from her successful career as a residential real estate broker in Wichita. In 1998, Knowles-DuPont acquired Arthur Anderson Real Estate and merged it into Kerrie Knowles & Co., which merged into Wichita’s Prudential Dinning-Beard Realty in 2002. Brent DuPont brings significant capital resources and over 30 years experience in the real estate industry.
