Internal information, 2017-08-23 15:38 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 23 August, 2017 JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība” (LSC) received a notification from Vitol Holding B.V. (Vitol Group), that its wholly owned subsidiary, Vitol Netherlands B.V. (Vitol Netherlands), had acquired a material shareholding in LSC.
Vitol Netherlands B.V., in accordance with the 12 July 2017 decision of Financial and Capital Market Commission Nr.111 “About allowing Vitol Netherlands B.V. to make a mandatory buyout offer for the shares of “Latvijas kuģniecība”” has made the mandatory buyout offer for the shares of LSC. After the mandatory buyout offer “Vitol Netherlands B.V.” directly owns 181 583 159 shares of LSC, which equals 90.79% voting capital.
