Aeromexico and its partner Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) announced an increase in their seat offer to Salt Lake City, Utah from Guadalajara starting January 15, 2018.
As part of the actions implemented under the Joint Cooperation Agreement (JCA), both airlines continue to strengthen their network between Mexico and the United States. The destination will experience a 128% increase in the seat offer as Aeromexico will increase frequencies from four weekly flights currently served by Delta to daily service between both cities. Additionally, Mexico’s Midwest will be now connected to a wide U.S. network through Delta’s main hub in Salt Lake City.
The new service will be operated with Embraer 190 aircraft with a capacity of 99 passenger seats, including 11 in Clase Premier—Aeromexico’s Business Class cabin—with the following schedules:

The Joint Cooperation Agreement between the two airlines has allowed the carriers to offer customers additional benefits including more options on flights between the Mexico and United States, since passengers have access to both airlines’ hubs, as well as enhanced schedules, frequencies, access to the SkyClub and Salon Premier Lounges ensuring a complete travel experience before and during the flight.
