(NASDAQ:KONA), an American grill and sushi bar, announced that the Company’s three Houston area restaurants have reopened following Hurricane Harvey. The three restaurants are located at the Houston Galleria, Baybrook Mall in Friendswood and 3 Waterway Square in The Woodlands.
To support the Company’s employees affected by the hurricane, Kona Grill is contributing 10% of sales this weekend beginning Friday, September 1st through Monday, September 4th at every Kona Grill restaurant nationwide from the Company’s three recently introduced sushi items (Firecracker Sashimi, Lollipop Naruto and Flamingo Roll). Guests will also have the opportunity to contribute at their local Kona Grill to help Kona Grill employees affected by the storm.
