Ms. Vela Mora is an industry professional who has been in property management for 20 years, 18 of which focused solely on community association management. She holds Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), and Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) designations awarded by Community Association Institute (CAI).

Ms. Vela Mora has recently moved to Houston from San Antonio where she worked with another large national HOA management firm. She brings with her an extensive background in leadership, supervision, training, public relations, and customer service. Ms. Vela Mora is an active member of Community Association Institute, having held a position on the Board of Directors for six years. Two of those years, she served as the San Antonio Chapter President. Additionally, Ms. Vela Mora was involved with the Texas Community’s Association Advocate’s (TCAA) as the Regional Chair for the San Antonio Advisory Council.
