Bård Brath Ingerø, managing partner in Reiten Co and deputy to the chairman of the board of Scanship Holding ASA, has on 14 September 2017 acquired 4 000 shares in Scanship Holding ASA at a price of NOK 2.55 per share. The shares will immediately be transferred to a family member as a gift.
