With local roots, Channon understands the need for progressive career opportunities for local collegiate athletes and graduates. A bachelor’s degree recipient himself, graduating from Lourdes University in Ohio, he remembers the return home post graduation.
He explains, “Coming back to my hometown after completing my degree, I had a new sense of purpose. I hoped to find an opportunity with a company, starting entry level with the ability to grow and excel though its’ ranks, but most positions in the area required a degree and years of experience. It was a difficult set of circumstances.”
He goes on to say, it took sometime to find the perfect opportunity and his goal to develop a firm from the ground up to ensure candidates in similar situations found their golden opportunity more quickly, took flight.
