SAN DIEGO, Oct. 02, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Seacoast Commerce Banc Holdings (OTC Pink:SCBH) (“Company”), the holding company of Seacoast Commerce Bank (“Bank”), announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Capital Bank (OTC Pink:CBJC) (“Capital”) effective October 1, 2017.
