(“GulfMark” or the “Company”) (OTCPink:GLFM) announced today that the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware confirmed the Company’s chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization. GulfMark expects to emerge from chapter 11 within the next 30 days, pending completion of related documentation.
