Amsterdam, October 23, 2017 - BinckBank N.V. has reached agreement with Topicus Finance Holding B.V. on the sale of Able Holding B.V.. Able develops technological solutions for asset management, savings and investment banks and insurance companies. The Fintech solutions and technology of Able fit well with the growing number of Topicus customers in the financial sector and in its approach as a software company to break existing patterns through the use of smart technology. The proceeds of the sale will have a positive contribution of approximately € 0.03 to BinckBank's earnings per share over the fourth quarter of 2017. The exact financial details of the acquisition are not disclosed.
