NewBridge’s Common Stock Now Trades under Ticker “NBGV”
Orem, Utah, Dec. 14, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NewBridge Global Ventures, Inc. (“NewBridge” or the “Company”), (OTCQB: NBGV), a company focused on the emerging and dynamic cannabis industry, is pleased to announce that effective December 12, 2017, FINRA has approved its corporate name change and issued the Company a new trading symbol. Newbridge’s common stock now trades under the ticker symbol “NBGV”.
These changes represent the final step in a rebranding effort to reflect the Company’s strategic pivot into the legal Cannabis industry with a focus on an “Eco-System” that incorporates Education, Production, Distribution and Cryptocurrency / Blockchain technologies. The name change better reflects the Company’s plans to integrate these various verticals within the global Cannabis markets.

The Company recently announced an Equity Purchase Agreement for $2.0 million.
