MIAMI, Dec. 21, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Miami-based United American Corp (“UnitedCorp”, the “Company”), (OTC:UAMA), is pleased to announce that on December 13, 2017s filed all current financial information with OTCMarkets including audited financial statements for fiscal years 2015 and 2016 and interim statements for September 30, 2017 as well as a current Pink Basic Quarterly Information Disclosure Statement. Company is now fully compliant with OTC Pink requirements and as a result OTCMarkets has resumed display of UAMA quotes on the exchange.
On December 20, 2017 UnitedCorp also submitted an application and initial disclosure for a listing on the OTCQB Exchange under the Alternative Reporting Standard. Contained in the disclosure’s operational plan, is the Company’s decision to continue development of a new blockchain technology based on the Public Switched Telephone Network (“PSTN”).
