Listing prospectus for Containerships plc's EUR 60 million bond available

Containerships plc issued on 22 November 2017 senior secured callable bond in the amount of EUR 60 million primarily to Finnish institutional investors. The four-year loan rate is based on the three-month Euribor rate and the loan margin is 6.25 per cent. In the loan terms it has been committed to list the bond on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd's stock exchange list. The bond includes a possibility to issue, on one or more occasions, additional bonds in the amount of up to EUR 40 million.
The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has on 16 January 2018 approved the English language listing prospectus of the bond. The prospectus is available on the company's website at www.containershipsgroup.com/investors. The summary of the listing prospectus has been translated into Finnish.
Containerships plc has applied for the bond to be listed on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. Public trading on the Bond is expected to commence on or about 18 January 2018 under the trading code "CONJVAIH21". The proceeds from the bond have been used for the early redemption of the existing bond due 2019 and the remaining proceeds shall be applied toward general corporate purposes, including investments and acquisitions.
