Kingsmill advises automotive and personal property finance companies, online lenders, manufactured housing lenders, trade associations, and community banks, on compliance with state and federal laws relating to consumer financial products. She assists lenders and servicers with regulatory compliance for state and federal lending, licensing, and debt collection laws. Kingsmill received her J.D. and D.C.L., magna cum laude, from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University, in 2017. During law school, she served as a Judicial Law Extern to the Honorable Susie Morgan, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Prior to law school, Adair served as a Consumer Account Executive for Porter Novelli, a global public relations firm. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from The University of Georgia, Grady College of Mass Communication, in 2012.
Richardson’s practice includes the areas of commercial litigation, consumer financial services litigation, and general business litigation. He represents national and state banks, consumer finance companies, credit card issuers, credit unions, thrifts, mortgage banks and lenders, mortgage loan servicers and issuers, and other consumer financial services providers in arbitration and litigation in federal and state courts, specifically with regard to alleged federal and state regulatory violations. After receiving his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2016, Richardson served as a law clerk for Chief Judge W. Keith Watkins, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. Richardson is also a 2013 graduate of Davidson College, where he received a B.A. in Hispanic Studies and competed for the varsity football team.
