At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) in Axzon A/S on 26 February 2018, it was decided to change the company’s name from Axzon A/S to Goodvalley A/S.
Anders Christen Obel, Chairman of the Board of Directors, says:
“We have established a strong business since the foundation in 1994, and the name change to Goodvalley aims to create a solid platform for further business development and growth. We will strengthen our organisation with one common Goodvalley name and brand, and I am delighted that the shareholders support this change.”
As a result of the name change, the company’s ticker on Nasdaq Copenhagen is changing to Goodvalley, effective at the beginning of trading on 27 February 2018.
