Avinger Regains Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Requirements


REDWOOD CITY, Calif., March 02, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Avinger, Inc. (Nasdaq:AVGR), a leading developer of innovative treatments for peripheral artery disease (PAD), today announced it has regained compliance with Nasdaq listing requirements. 

In a letter dated March 1, 2018, Nasdaq informed the Company that it has achieved compliance with the minimum bid price rule, the market value of publicly held shares rule and the market value of listed securities rule, as required by the Nasdaq Hearings Panel’s decision dated January 17, 2018, and is in compliance with other applicable requirements as set forth in the decision and required for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
