The AGSM materials will be mailed out no later than April 3, 2018 to persons who are registered as shareholders of the Company as of 5:00PM Pacific Time on the Record Date, March 19, 2018. Proxies to be voted at the AGSM must be submitted no later than 48 hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) prior to the AGSM.
