Inbank submitted to the general meeting of shareholders a proposal to amend Inbank’s articles of association as follows:
1.2. The registered office and head office of the Bank is in Tallinn, Republic of Estonia.
The amendment of the articles will be decided at the general meeting of shareholders on April 19 2018.
