(Oslo, Norway, April 10 2018) Solon Eiendom ASA Chairman of the Board Simen Thorsen (through his wholly owned company Hortulan AS) has today bought 50,000 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 26.3524 per share.
Following this transaction Simen Thorsen through Hortulan AS holds 14,695,000 shares, equaling 27.49 % of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
