AS "Rīgas elektromašīnbūves rūpnīca" informs that it has received notification from MEASURESTEP INTERPRISSES LIMITED on the acquisition of substantial participation, according to which the shareholder MEASURESTEP INTERPRISSES LIMITED purchased 1 915 792 shares of AS "Rīgas elektromašīnbūves rūpnīca", which is 33.04% of the voting capital.
