Vraspir brings more than two decades of experience in teaching and technology leadership for grades K-12. He joins Diamond Assets from Apple Inc., where he served as an education resource for the K-12 Development West Team and as a professional development consultant and national trainer for Apple in Alaska. Vraspir started his career as a science, mathematics and computer teacher. As chief information officer of the Denali Borough School District in Healy, Alaska, he spearheaded the state’s first comprehensive 1:1 laptop program.

Vraspir earned a master’s of educational leadership from University of Alaska, Anchorage, a master’s of educational technology from City University, Renton, Wa., and a bachelor’s of science in biology from Washington State University, Pullman.
