The 12-watt, non-metallic LED fixture provides 1,150 lumens and is ideal for overhead general lighting inside hazardous location facilities such as paint spray booths, shipyards, chemical processing plants and more.
The HAL-EMG-CRNM-LED10W-PC-G2 is a chemical resistant LED with an emergency backup battery, designed for Class I, Division 2; Class I, Zone 2 and Class II, Division 2 combustible environments and features a group B rating for use in aerospace applications. Suitable for compliance with industrial safety regulations, an emergency backup system is activated for up to 90 minutes when power is interrupted or unavailable. When power is restored a built-in charger automatically recharges the power cells. This hazardous location LED fixture operates on universal 120-277V AC voltages for maximum compatibility in a steady burn lighting configuration, with 360 degrees of illumination.
Compared to traditional incandescent units, this LED lamp produces up to three times more light, while consuming up to 60 percent less energy. For chemical resistance within the work site, the hazardous location LED light is protected with a polycarbonate housing and lens. The LED fixture is IP66-rated, waterproof and NEMA 4X compliant, allowing it to be used during hose-down or wash-down sessions. Equipped with a non-metallic case, the light can be utilized to reduce the creation of sparks in flammable facilities. The HAL-EMG-CRNM-LED10W-PC-G2 is offered with pendant, ceiling or wall mounting features. Customers may also select the color of the light during purchase. Color selections include: 6,000K (white), 4,500K (white), 3,000K (white), red, amber, green or blue.
