AS "Latvijas balzams" informs that it has received notification from Yuri Schefler, that Yuri Schefler’s controlled company SIA “AMBER BEVERAGE GROUP” disposed all its AS “Latvijas balzams” owned shares to its parent company - Amber Beverage Group Holding S.ar.l. As the result of transaction Yuri Schefler still holds indirectly 6 746 460 shares, or 89,99% of AS “Latvijas balzams” voting capital.
