Like any business, treatment centers incur many costs and must charge accordingly in order to continue on the mission of saving lives & rebuilding families, but to see facilities charging astronomical rates as high as 30 or 40 thousand dollars per month borders on taking advantage of those whom are often times in a desperate situation.
Since addiction and alcoholism is best described as a malady involving the body, mind and spirit, it is absolutely critical to approach the recovery process from multiple perspectives. While one client may come into our care with a background involving grief, trauma or loss, another may come into our care with mental health issues such as, clinical depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc. The list of underlying variables, all of which serve to perpetuate the vicious cycle of drinking, using drugs, gambling, etc., is almost infinite!
