(NASDAQ:SELF) (the “Company”), a real estate investment trust that owns and operates self storage properties, announced today that the Company held its 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, at which the Company’s stockholders voted on (1) the election of two directors for a term to expire at the 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, and (2) ratifying the appointment of Tait, Weller & Baker LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018.
