Jukka Hienonen, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Silmäasema Oyj, has acquired 20,000 of the Company's shares in public trading on 12-13 June 2018. The acquisition is based on a purchase program in which Hienonen has on 11 June 2018 mandated his securities broker to acquire on his account as soon as possible, but no later than on 17 July 2018, total of 20,000 Silmäasema Oyj's shares in public trading and with prevailing market price which may not exceed EUR 5.5 per share. Hienonen has informed the Company about his purchase program on 11 June 2018 and stated that at the time he issued the mandate, he did not have information on any projects that would, according to the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), prevent insider's transactions with the Company's shares.
