Mr. Arps, formerly a Director with the firm, joined Stonybrook Capital in 2012 as a co-founder and today is also a member of the Management Board.
In his time at the firm, Mr. Arps has worked on over a half-billion dollars in capital raising and over a quarter billion dollars in M&A transactions. Mr. Arps has developed considerable expertise in placing equity and subordinated debt capital for the mutual insurance sector in general, and advised insurance firms in complex restructuring and M&A assignments.
