DENVER, Aug. 01, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cloud Elements, a leading API integration platform, today announces the recent hires of both Ian Currie and Dee Shorten to become Vice President of EMEA and Vice President of Channel Alliances, respectively. Currie and Shorten will help drive growth for Cloud Elements in the enterprise segment, leveraging the recent partnership with SAP as a proofpoint that IT leaders are eager for a new approach to application integration.
Gartner has estimated the enterprise iPaaS market to be growing at least 60 percent per year. Cloud Elements has exceeded this estimate by growing 636 percent in just over two years, and is now looking to Europe to capture even more growth and significance 2019 revenue.
Prior to joining Cloud Elements, Currie led sales and European operations for Dell Boomi where he spent several years establishing and growing a successful business in the region. In his new role, Currie is tasked with executing on an aggressive growth plan and expanding Cloud Elements’ customer base across Europe.

Previously, Shorten has held positions at SAP and, most recently, was the Head of Global System Integrator Partners at Dell Boomi.
