After getting married to his best friend, author Mathew Anderson’s dream to officiate weddings became real. He wanted to give couples the experience of having a ceremony anywhere and however they wanted—and the last two years were an adventure beyond anything he could have imagined. From helicopters to a wedding on Friday the thirteenth, to traditional ceremonies and everything in between, his journey has continued to surprise him. Anderson’s memoir covers it all: planning and problem solving, all the shenanigans, the incredible love between people, and the events that made this story worth telling. He shares with readers the unique, sometimes hilarious experiences he encountered on his journey, and hopes they’ll enjoy the book as much as he did living through it.
The Nifty Fifty for Shits & Giggles: A Wedding Officiant’s Memoir is available on Amazon.
