Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) announces that Bart Heijermans, member of the Board of Management as per 1 September 2018, acquired 10,000 Boskalis shares today. The shares were purchased by Mr Heijermans with his own funds through a bank. This announcement is made in addition to the legal AFM disclosure requirement for share transactions by a board member.
