no 38/18 Nasdaq Commodities Europe Announce Official Freight Delisting


With reference to Exchange and Clearing Information no 30/18 on the suspension of all freight contracts on July 12, 2018, Nasdaq Commodities Europe will officially delist and remove all freight contracts from the Nasdaq Commodities Rulebook Contract Specification, Appendix Trading Appendix 2 / Clearing Appendix 2, on October 1, 2018.
In avoidance of doubt, the freight products will remain suspended until the delisting has taken place. The following freight contracts will be delisted;

Dry Capesize Futures

  • C7_AVG futures

Dry Panamax Futures – 7 days

  • P1A futures

  • P3A futures

Dry Time Charter Futures

Fuel Oil Futures

In addition to the official delisting of dry freight and tanker freight products, the fuel oil product 3.5% FOB Cargoes Mediterranean (MED35FOSS) year 2019 contracts will be suspended with immediate effect and delisted on October 1, 2018, as part of the previously announced in Exchange and Clearing Information no 11/18. For the fuel oil contract in question, the last contract available for trading and clearing will be:
