With a proven track record of leading technology teams in high-tech and start-up environments, Larry will oversee urban-gro’s technology initiatives under the company’s Soleil® Technology brand (www.soleiltech.ag). As the market leader in “sense and control” for the horticulture market, the Soleil Technology platform offers cultivators unprecedented insight and control over facility microclimates using high-density sensors. Having served in executive positions within cultivation and technology leading firms, as well as experience working in start-up environments, Dodson will play an integral role in global deployments of urban-gro systems and technology in both the cannabis and horticulture vertical industries.

He also brings professional experience from the Advanced Technology and Corporate Development group at HP/Compaq, as well as the Engineering & Reliability Test & Deployment group at Chrysler.
