DENVER, Sept. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Denver-based private equity firm has joined forces with three experienced investment professionals to launch its newest platform --- software growth equity in Bow River’s Rodeo Region. Industry veteran John Raeder will chair the investment committee. John’s long-term colleagues David Walters and David Ramich have also joined the initiative. In contrast to venture or seed investing, growth equity targets software businesses with existing clients that generate annual recurring revenue (“ARR”) and are typically EBITDA breakeven to slightly positive.
