MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Oct. 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ENGIE Services Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Luc Duguay as CEO of ENGIE MultiTech. Effective immediately, Luc Duguay, who was CFO of ENGIE Services Canada before accepting this challenge, is stepping into his new role following the departure of former MultiTech CEO Louie Cosolo. Located in the greater Toronto area, ENGIE Services’ MultiTech subsidiary is a multi-trade contractor that provides mechanical and electrical services. Luc Duguay will implement ENGIE Services Canada’s ambitious plans to expand MultiTech’s reach in the Greater Toronto Area and Canadian markets.
Luc Duguay’s vast experience within ENGIE Services Canada and his involvement in MultiTech’s development since it was acquired in 2011, make him the ideal candidate to bring the company’s plans to fruition. Since 2008, he has actively led various projects in both Canada and the U.S., including acquisitions throughout Canada. As a member of ENGIE Services Canada’s executive management team, he worked on strategic initiatives and focused the finance, IT and procurement personnel to bring added-value services to the operations and business development teams. Following the acquisition, he continued to play an active part in the company’s development.
“I am excited to lead MultiTech’s team of talented people to support the company’s continued growth,” said Luc Duguay.
“Our potential is great in Canada,” added Jean-Luc Billiani, President and CEO of ENGIE Services Canada. “I am confident Luc Duguay will successfully spearhead the efforts that will help bring MultiTech into the next chapter of its development.”
Luc Duguay will be relocating to the Greater Toronto Area to work with the MultiTech team at the company’s office in Mississauga.
