Gate Ventures PLC raises USD 2 million
Gate Ventures PLC, a global media and entertainment operating company, announces that it has raised USD 2 million through the subscription by a new investor (the 'Subscription') for 17,510,100 new ordinary shares ('Subscription Shares') at a placing price of €0.10 per ordinary share (the 'Subscription Price').
Application will be made for the 17,510,100 Subscription Shares, which will rank equal with the existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading. The total issued share capital now consists of 474,394,459 Ordinary Shares. As such, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 474,394,459 Ordinary Shares.
