No 50/18 Amendments to Nasdaq Commodities Trading and Clearing Rules


Subject to testing and regulatory approval, Nasdaq Commodities is announcing changes to its Trading and Clearing Rules, effective November 19, 2018.

The following Appendix is affected:

Joint Trading and Clearing Appendix 2 Contract Specifications has been amended to reflect the new European Style Options for the German Only Electricity market under Part C section 1.5 and Part D section 1.26.

The delisting of German Electricity Base Future Option Contracts and the German Electricity Base Average Rate Month Future Contracts is reflected in Part D sections 1.13 and 1.27 respectively.

Further, listing of a new French PEG Natural Gas Monthly DS Future contract is reflected in Part D 2.3. The delisting of the French PEG NORD Gas Monthly DS Future and the French TRS Natural Gas Monthly DS Future are reflected in Part D 2.3 and 2.4.

Amendments to the Quotation list for Fuel Oil contracts are reflected in Part C section 5.
