Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. Expands Ohio Substance Abuse Recovery Network with Opening of Toledo Location

New Center to Offer Range of Treatments Combating Addiction

TOLEDO, Ohio, Nov. 16, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pinnacle Treatment Centers Network, a leader in comprehensive substance use services, today announced the opening of a new treatment center in Toledo. The center will be the network’s 26th location in Ohio.

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is dedicated to helping those struggling with substance use and addiction recovery, and will continue to do so, at the new Toledo Treatment Services facility, located at 115 S Reynolds Road in West Toledo.

The new facility opens as part of a major statewide expansion of residential and outpatient treatment centers. It plans to accept most major insurance policies and Medicaid.

Toledo Treatment Services will employ a flexible, but rigorous, program providing a range of evidence-based treatment options including: individual and group counseling, educational classes, and support groups. The center is also equipped with methadone and buprenorphine to provide effective medication-assisted treatment.

“We understand how challenging it is for those suffering from addiction to overcome it,” said Christine Lechman, Director of Toledo Treatment Services. “We want them to know they’re not alone. Our team is committed to being an active part of the recovery community, and we will continue to provide high-caliber treatment to those in need.”

In 2016, a National Institute on Drug Abuse report recorded 3,613 opioid-related overdose deaths at a rate of 32.9 deaths per 100,000 people in Ohio, almost twice the national average. To counter these staggering numbers, Pinnacle Treatment Centers is expanding coverage to critically affected areas.

“Broadening our reach throughout Ohio has allowed us to drive our mission into communities that have been impacted by the opioid crisis. Opening a center in Toledo was the next logical step, and we hope that those in need of our services seek our support,” said Joe Pritchard, CEO of Pinnacle Treatment Centers.

The Pinnacle Treatment Centers Network provides substance abuse recovery services to thousands of individuals across six states.
