Trina boasts over 18 years of experience in the multifamily industry, exclusively with Lincoln Property Company. Most recently, she held the title of Director of Internal Audit and Transitions, leading the internal audit and transitions team for the past three years. During her time in this role she helped develop a policy administration program, refined Lincoln’s process of onboarding new assets and led the audit team in supporting operations and risk initiatives. She holds a firm commitment to guiding teams and ensuring a smooth transition process for all assets and all ownership groups.
In this role, Mrs. Williams will continue to oversee the seamless transition of units added to Lincoln’s portfolio. In the past year, LPC has transitioned over 150 new apartment communities totaling over 35,000 new units, a task that requires a dedicated staff with a keen attention to detail. In addition, Trina leads a team of auditors for Lincoln’s portfolio to ensure every community is following necessary protocol and meeting individualized ownership requirements.
