VP, People and Sustainability Maija Kaski has decided to leave the company and to move to the next stage in her career. She will leave her duties on January 8, 2019. Mrs. Kaski was appointed to VP People and Sustainability and member of the Group Management Team in September 2015.
"Maija has had an essential role in Martela’s development. We want to thank her for the work she has done in the past years transformation and we wish her success in her new work.” CEO Matti Rantaniemi says.
Martela has started the process for finding a successor for Mrs Kaski. The successor’s duties will be to continue organisational development and transformation of operating culture. The chosen person will report to Group CFO, Kalle Lehtonen.
